Book a Bike or Tram Tour in Oslo

 is a very small company, in fact, it's only me, Graciela. There's no information department, marketing department, guiding department, mannagers and so on!

Then, if you want to make a reservation in an  tour I suggest:

• Write me an e-mail. As I am the guide I'll be busy with the day tour from 9 am to 4 pm aproximatelly. I'll check my e-mails before and after that, but not during that time. Please, don't expect an inmediat answer! Check your e-mails after 8 pm.

• You can also send an SMS, I'll answer as soon as I can.

• You can make a reservation in any hotel that offers the tour, they will contact me.

There are just 10 places in each tour, so it's important to make your reservation in advance!

WHEN TO PAY?

Tours that are booked directly: Should be payed at the start of the tour.

Tours that are booked in any another selling spot: Should be payed to the responsable person there.

Remember: As there are no more than 10 people in the tours, if you don't show up to your booked tour, your place can't be filled in. So, if you will not be able to come, please cancel at least the night before. Thanks!
